At Jamilah Beauty, we are committed to providing a reliable and fair shopping experience. We adhere to the regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure the rights of both the consumer and the store.

Exchange Policy

Without prejudice to the statutory and contractual warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange a product under the following conditions:

  • The customer has the right to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Requests will not be accepted after this period.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and not tampered with.
  • The product must be in its full original packaging with all accessories included.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its integrity.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for exchange requests. For international orders, the customer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the customer will be fully compensated without incurring any fees.

Cases Where Exchange is Not Accepted:

The consumer is not entitled to an exchange in the following cases:

  • If the product was custom-made or manufactured according to specific specifications requested by the customer (unless there is a defect or non-conformity to specifications).
  • Skincare, makeup, and perfume products once opened or used, for health and safety reasons, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product was damaged due to misuse or poor storage by the customer.
  • The customer bears a return shipping fee of 35 , unless the product is defective or different from what was ordered.

Return Policy

The consumer has the right to request a return under the following conditions:

  • The customer has the right to return a product within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests will not be accepted after this period.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and not tampered with.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return to ensure compliance with the conditions.
  • The customer bears a return shipping fee of 35 , unless there is a defect or an error in the order.
  • The value of the returned items will be refunded to the original payment method within a period not exceeding 14 business days.

Cases Where Return is Not Accepted:

A product cannot be returned in the following cases:

  • If the product was custom-made or manufactured according to specific specifications requested by the customer (except for products with defects or non-conformity).
  • Care products, makeup, and perfumes once opened or used, to maintain health and safety.
  • If the defect resulted from misuse or poor storage by the customer.
